WORKING PRINCIPLE

SWITCHING ON THE MOTOR

  • When water in Overhead Tank comes below prefix level with water in the sump is above a minimum level.

SWITCHING OFF THE MOTOR

  • When water reaches to the maximum level in Overhead Tank
  • When water in sump goes prefixed low level or foot valve level
  • When water is not pumping to Overhead Tank due to the dry running of a motor
  • When there is High / Low voltage

ADVANTAGES

  • Maintains the constant level of water in Overhead Tank
  • Avoids overflow of water
  • Pumps surplus water from thus increases storing capacity of a sump
